Introducing Comdata Cardholder Web Services!

Great news for Comdata Express Cash cardholders! Now you can check your account balance, transaction activity and up to 14 months of account history – online, anytime with Comdata’s secure cardholder Web portal. All you have to do is register to have access to real-time information on your card account.



Step 1.

Log on to www.cardholder.comdata.com.

 

Step 2 -- Register.

Click on "Cardholders Register Here."

 

Step 3 – Set up Account Profile.

Use your card number and activation code (employee number) to set up your account profile, along with your Username and Password.

Your username is not case sensitive and can be any combination of up to 18 letters and numbers. Your password is case sensitive and must be between six and 20 letters and/or numbers.

 

Complete account profile as directed. Fields marked with an asterisk are required.

You will receive a message to let you know you have successfully completed the account activation process.

 



That’s all there is to getting started! Once you have registered, you will be able to check your account status and activity. The online tutorial should answer any questions you may have about Cardholder Web Services. If you need further assistance, please call Comdata Customer Service at 1-800-741-2777.
